The historic town of Trogir and the island of Čiovo have been home to one of the most recognized outdoor sports events in Central Dalmatia for years! Trogir Outdoor Festival, traditionally held in May, enriches the pre-season tourist offer and continues to nurture Trogir’s legacy of mastery.

Each year, the festival attracts hundreds of athletes and outdoor enthusiasts eager for new challenges, giving them the chance to showcase their skills and join the ranks of Trogir’s sports masters.

The festival kicks off beneath the walls of Kamerlengo Fortress, where the “Masters of Sailing” will present a spectacular Melges 24 Cup regatta. Top-level sailing, adrenaline-packed duels on the sea, and breathtaking scenes guarantee an unforgettable sports spectacle!

The festival continues with the “Masters of Trail” race, organized by the Trogir Tourist Board and the Trail & Trekking Club STrka.

Trail running is becoming increasingly popular worldwide, and the island of Čiovo is the perfect destination for this type of competition – with its natural trails, hidden paths, and stunning sea views, it offers the ultimate experience for all outdoor lovers.

Spectators and participants can enjoy an exciting side program, and after the race, the winners in both the men’s and women’s categories will be awarded medals and valuable prizes.
